We totally get that life happens! However, because our sessions require time, energy, and preparation, we have a strict but fair refund policy to keep things flowing smoothly.

🛑 Cancellations & Refunds

✅ More than 48 hours' notice: Full refund or reschedule at no extra cost.
✅ 24-48 hours' notice: 50% refund OR reschedule your session (one-time only).
❌ Less than 24 hours' notice / No-shows: No refund, no reschedule.

💰 Non-Refundable Payments

• Workshops, group sessions, and special events are non-refundable once booked. If you can’t make it, you may transfer your spot to a friend (just let us know!).

• Packages or prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within a 6-month period.

🔄 Rescheduling Policy

• You can reschedule once (with at least 24 hours' notice).

• If you need to reschedule again, it will be treated as a new booking.

⚠️ No Refunds for "I Changed My Mind"

Once you’ve booked, we commit to your time and energy—so please be sure before you book!
